Basic exercises for lumbopelvic region
This course focuses on differential diagnosis and therapeutic strategies for functional disorders of the lumbar spine and pelvic region. Participants will learn to distinguish between discogenic disorders, sacroiliac dysfunction, segmental blockages, facet joint irritation, myofascial tension, pseudo/radicular symptoms, and functional disorders of the hip joint. Emphasis is placed on manual techniques, diagnostic approaches, and functional mobility assessments of the lumbopelvic region. The course includes fascia treatment, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and visceral manipulation. The goal is to provide physiotherapists with precise and effective tools to address pain and dysfunction in this region.
